Basic principles

Interaction of MNP Group with the community is based on four principles: treating an individual as the great value, care for his safety and health, ethic principles in conduct of business and environment protection.

MNP Group solves the business problems of the Society: providing workplaces, reconstruction of unprofitable enterprises and ensuring optimum utilization. Production activity of MNP Group enables the employees to raise their social and economic opportunities.

We pay much attention to improvement of industrial and occupational safety: lowering industrial injuries and accidents rate, ensuring trouble-free operation of process equipment; warranty healthy and safe workplaces.

MNP Group implements a transparent policy of tax repayment and provides sponsorship to a number of social and charity activities.

Charity activities in 2004:

  • support (welfare assistance) for participants of reactor explosion remediation – veterans-submariners from society “January-70” (Nizhniy Novgorod);
  • support for Children and Youth voluntary society, established by Children’ House ¹9 (Moscow). The children were presented with bags, T-shirts with MNP Group logo, office supplies, a fridge, four video displays, health aids;
  • charitable donations for victims of Beslan terrorist act. One-day earnings of the Company staff were transferred to an account of the victims.

Charity activities in 2005:

  • support (welfare assistance) for society “January-70” in view of 35-th anniversary of the reactor accident (in January);

  • transfer funds to the personal accounts of veterans from "January-70 society" (in July).

Charity activities in 2006-2007:

  • transfer funds to the personal accounts of veterans from "January-70 society" (two times annually).
