JuniKreditBank has given ship financing to Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard under MNP Group guarantee

Moscow, June, 2, 2010. Official signing of the financial agreement has taken place one of these days. JuniKreditBank will take part in financing of construction of two oil tankers of a class "river-sea" for companies Sommet Finance (Cyprus). Tankers will be constructed by Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard.

Group MNP has provided the guarantee under the transaction. Financing volume – $ 35 million, term -2 years. The contract on construction of two tankers about 7000DWT has been signed on May, 12th current year.

Group MNP and JuniKredit Bank successfully co-operate with 2004.
