MNP Group incorporates leading Russian shipyard, located on the Volga River - Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard (Nizniy Novgorod) and Volgo-Caspian Design Bureau as well as  Engineering Plants - Sormovskoye Mashinostroeniye (Nizhniy Novgorod) and Volgograd Special Engineering Plant.
